A 1990 batch IAS and winner of Young Achiever's Award from reputed magazine Time were originally from Dehri-on-sone in Bihar. His last rituals took place at Gulbi Ghat in Patna. DM of Patna Jitendra Kr. Sinha, Art & culture secretary Vivek kr. Singh were along the prominent personality who took part in his last journey.
