No Relief From Cold, Death Toll Rises To 23 In Bihar

According to met department  the temperature recorded on monday were 9.3 degree celsius in Patna. The purnia district has been severely caught in cold as temperature down to 5.5 deg. Rail movement has been badly affected and there are cracks arising in the rail track due to cold. All train crossing or enters the state is running significantly late by 10-12 hours at a minimum. According to met department there is no relief in coming 2-3 days.
