Central Pay Package For Teachers & Engineers In Bihar

Those who were in the paygrade of rs. 3200-3600 will be increased to rs.4200. Deputy chief minister Sushil Kr. Modi has made these announcement in Patna on monday. It is well known that earlier the state employees has threaten to go on state-wide indefinite strike. The dy. CM appealed the employees fedration not to go on strike as it will trammel the state development. Despite all the announcements and packages the state govt. seems more interested to go on strike rather to work. Later in the evening talking to  media the employees federation demanded bonus and some additional convenience on the line of what center emloyee gets. The employees association reaffirms that the announcement don't fulfill their 7-point demands hence they will continue with their decision to go on strike from January 7. As per program the staves will foregather at the main gate of old secretariate in the evening of 6th jan and march towards Vikas Bhawan with torching lights.
