The accused clerk will be presented in the court of special judge(vigilance). Official sources from the vigilance deptt.informed that a cook posted at Gaya Homeguard office complained the bureau about demand of 1000 Rs. as bribe from Rabindra Choubey for clearance of his salary dues.
