Sixth Pay Commission Increases Anxiety To Bihar Govt.

With the new pay package the state govt. will have to spent rupees 1350 crores per year and that is alone on the salary account. State deputy CM sushil kumar modi stated that the state will have to owe a debt of rupees 4200 crores if the central do not bear 50% of the expenses. He also stated some examples and said that the state govt. has already appealed the central finance minister to bear half of the expenses. It is well known that the new govt. is working on a host of project and in many infrastructure build up projects state govt. has to spent from its own pocket due to negligence and delay in funding from central. Due to rise in metals, cement and labourer charges projects cost has increased. According to Modi Centre has silenet over these issues and it is really made us mental ly disequilibrium.
