A 3-member probe committee investigating into the matter suggested that all admission beyond the sanctioned seats must be declared "null". Following which the VC ordered for a full refund of money to the candidates.Meanwhile Patna univ. Proctor Ras Bihari Pd. Singh has been appointed as the new principal of Patna College.
