Leaders From Bihar Meet Manmohan Singh

The leaders from Bihar demanded PM intervention in order to stop the assault on north Indians by MNS activists. The leaders demanded resignation of Maharashtra Chief Minister Vilas Rao Deshmukh and immediate arrest of MNS chief Raj Thakray. Reportedly Nitish with meeting to the Prime Minister briefed with the killing of Patna boy, Rahul Raj and seek PM intervention in order to bring justice. The boy could have been easily overpowered while Mumabi police used excessive force to shot dead Rahul, Nitish briefed Pm, report says.Later after meeting with Prime Minister, Nitish at a joint press conference with Laloo and Ram Vilas said, Raj Thakray is destroying the unity of the nation by playing a regional game. This anti national activity must be stopped immediately and appropriate action must be taken against him, said Nitish.Nitish has already directed the Bihar DGP D. N. Gautam and Chief Secretary R. J. M Pillai to contact the appropriate officials from Maharashtra and get the details of the case as early as possible.At the joint conference Laloo Prasad Yadav demanded adequate security to all Biharis in Maharashtra in wake of the Chhath Puja.
