Rahul Raj was shot dead by Maharashtra police on Monday morning, one day ago prior to the Festival of Light after allegedly Rahul opened fire by country made pistol. Mumbai police claims Rahul opened six rounds of fire with a country made pistol.Kundan Prasad would lodge an FIR against the concerned Mumbai police officials who killed his son in an encounter. He questioned how one can fire six bullets from a country made pistol.Rahul had gone to Mumbai on October 24 for a job and was staying with his elder sister. Rahul belongs to a good family with one brother working as an officer in a tractor manufacturing company and one sister posted as a Probationary Officer in State Bank of India.Rahul’s family live at the posh area of Patna in Rajendra Nagar. His neighbours are stunned with the news of killing of Rahul by Maharashtra police. None believe that Rahul can do such as Rahul was a kind of person who hate to kill even mosquitoes.Deputy Chief Minister Shushil Kumar Modi who also stay at Rajendra Nagar condemn the killing of Rahul. Modi after meeting with the grieving family said he personally knows the family and the claim of Mumbai police is unbelievable.Legislator from Patna Central and BJP leader Arun Kumar Sinha who also stays at Rajendra Nagar said he knows the family from a long time and there is nothing such to believe the claims of Mumbai police.Patna police also come forward with the grieving family. Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Amit Kumar confirms Rahul’s background with no criminal record and gave a clean chit to Rahul whom Maharashtra police killed after he allegedly opened fire.
