Another Case Of Police Misbehave In Patna

The incident took place in evening at 4.30 at Fraser Road while son of public health engineering department (PHED) minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey was trying to park his car at proper place at Fraser Road. Surabhi, his daughter-in-law was accompanying in the car when a police constable approached to her side and said, Gaadi Hataiye, CM ka movement hai. Then the constable clutched her wrist and she raised the alarm noticing the objectionable behaviour of the constable. On this the constable slapped her and fled from the spot before the people could reach to rescue her, said a Surabhi.Police reached the spot but the constable has escaped from there. The angry public blocked the Fraser Road in protest of the incident. Interestingly it is learnt that a police team helped to escape the constable who have misbehaved with Surabhi.
