Dinkar Remembered On 100th Anniversary

Along with Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi, Building Construction Minister Chhedi Paswan, Urban Development Minister Bhola Singh, Energy Minister Ramashray Prasad Singh, legislators Arun Kumar Sinha and Poonam Devi, Councilors Prof. Aslam Azad and Bhola Prasad Singh, and others also paid their tribute to the national poet.In another function organized at Patna Secretariat, noted writer Dr. Shiv Vansh Pandey expressed his sentiments by saying “Dinakr Jee ki kavitaon ne desh ke yuwaon ke man me deshprem ki anmaol jyoti jalai jo aaj ke samay me badi prasangik hai. Dinakr jee hamesha Uttar or Dakshin ke bich ki khai ko patne ke liye prayasrat rahe. Unki bate hamesha humara margdarshan karti rahengi”. On the occasion Pandey thanked Chief Minister for installing a new statue at Nala Road.Another function was organized at Bihar Hindi Sahitya Sammelan in Kadam Kuan where writers and poets gathered and paid their tributes to Dinkar jee. More than a half dozen events were organized by different organizations throughout Patna at various places including Lalji Sahitya Prakashan, Human Rights Protection Organization, J. D. Women's College, College of Commerce, B. N. College, Rashtrakavi Dinkar Academy etc.
