Relief Camp In Flood-Hit Areas Only

On quering that why the govt. is not interested in doing relief-camps here, the officer blames that if such camps be organised here, it would be difficult to identify the real victims and consequently the relief won't reach to the correct hand it is meant for. State govt. is doing all efforts and soon you will see relief camps with roof of GI sheets instead of tourpouline or tents. Moreover, flood victims would take it with them once the monsoon ends and water level recedes. The state govt. has requested the railway to bring back all flood victims to their places.
