Astrological Sparkle In Corporate Skyline

Most of us can't believe getting rejection or selection in a job interview just because you were born on a particular date and time and your prospective employer interest it. By now a candidate were expected to have their Biodata, resume or CV with them while appearing for an interview but do not get astonished if the next time your prospective HR manager ask for your birth horoscope.  But it come to his surprise when the final round with HR had everything common except he asked for my horoscope within two days. It come to me as utter embroilement but since i was in desperate need of that job i simply submit my "kundli" the very next day. I thought it as a negative posture and believe the chapter as a close one.  But i had a call confirming my job the very next day, and it brings both me cheer and surprise, says Dipti Arora from Gurgaon. Believe it or not this is happening in our Metros and to your surprise it is gaining momentum with big companies following up the procedure while selecting candidates. Director of "Problem & solution" company Mr Mukesh do take it easy. His company "what u want" a wide wing company providing services in multiferous sectors fom Finanance, house or Land and so on. His company has more than 100 staves. He claims that astrological reference in selection process is his brainchild. Out of 100 the last 10 selection has been only after astrological matching. There is nothing new. Like a management graduate do study a project, make analysis and calculate the potential of a project right before begin working on it, we do the same about a candidate, using our astological tools and techinques, says Mr. Dhrupad Mishra, a known astrologer associated with HR team of 3 different companies in NCR. The big companies could not keep themselves apart from the effects of Vaastu for all long years in the last decade and now it's turn for Astrological practices. In order to reduce the increasing attrition rate and hopping by the employees some big corporates are incorporating Astrologers to their HR team who do matches the "kundli", "Janam-Patrika" or horoscope of the shortlisted candidate with company's one and decides whether to select or reject their candidature.  With the embarkment of private sectors at a large scale in India job hopping is becoming the buzzword creating nuisance for the companies. While company do interest in having candidate for long term commitment the insatiable desire to get rich quickly in gen-X make them reasonable to resign one join next mathematics. "We definately want long term candidate and in our company there is a policy promising bonus and other advantages for long term employees, but despite all that we had not been successful in keeping the attrition even to half of its size. We discussed this to our vaastu- Consultants and he refer me to an astrologer in South Delhi. Now we find a rather cool enviro in our office and save the regular expenses on hiring & training new people every month.  Though the trend is a new one there are very few capable astrologer who do these sort of job professionaly. "It is a matter of great caution. You can't hire every next Astrologer for this purpose as it having direct effect on your business and profits.  There are many subjects having influence on your business. Astrologically every business,industry and sectors are not meant for every one e.g. planet "Shani" have direct correlation with Iron. Hence the business related to Iron sectors will suit only those having "shani" in thier "Lagnesh / Phalesh". Though there are some more things has to watch to say particularly. Speaking about an  instance of his client Mr. Krishna Tripathi from Gujarat says that once a person name Mr. jagat barrey has initiated the business of "garbage/waste processing". As in his kundli planet "venus" was ruling his "karmesh" I caution him right before he took on the project. But he was so convinced himself by then that he initiated the business and not to surprise get heavy loss within couple of months. His factory, machines and infrastructure all is getting rust now.  Astrology has a wide horizon and unlimited potential. It has solution in distinguish arena of life.
