Engg. Found Dead In Patna

According to neighbours he used to live alone in the rented flat. He came into the flat just an hour before and complaint of stomache pain  to neighbours. Bottles of wine has been recovered from his flat. The door were also found open. On finding his flat ajared for quite long time neighbours enters his flat and found him dead.
