Gautam Takes Charge As Bihar Dgp

It is well known that as SP of Chhapra he banned the all Dance group in Sonepur fair despite unbearable pressure from some political parties. There were reports of ongoing flesh trade under the masque of 'dance' program and this fact was known to everyone. Mr. Gautam was born and brought up in Eastern UP. He is having post-graduate and doctorate (PhD) degree as well. He belongs to a middle class family, joined the Indian police service in 1974.
