Patna Schools Opens After A Week

As the schools are open today but students are exempted to mandatory attendance. Some student welfare organisation  has appealed to let the schools remained closed for some more days as wading through water logged street is quite dangerous, esp. for children of lower classes. "Water level on some colonies are quite high and parents are afraid, moreover some bus drivers has expressed their inability to ply buses as roads are full of manholes and cuts due to ongoing road projects and any major accident may happen", said Mrs. Banerjee, teacher in St. Michael school.
