Drainage Failed, Water Not Receding

Patna mayor Mr. Sanjay Singh visited the BhutNath Road, Karbighaiya and various colonies of Patna on thursday and watch the situation. Contrasting to what people do suppose of him at this juncture he blames the people for this. He said that people uses to throws garbage and plastic bags and bottles into the open drainages and drainage chambers which chokes the drainage system. But perhaps Mr. Sanjay forgets that people do uses plastic bags because it is available in the market unlike kolkatta and some other cities. Secondly, peoples habit could not change overnight. And at last but not the least, Mr. mayor, govt. has spent about 2 crores for cleaning of these drainage system alone for this year through you people.
