Cbse Opens First Regional Center In Bihar

Though the ceremony was of inaugration of a educational center the railway minister used it for criticizing Nitish Kumar and his govt. Known for his mosaic of moods Laloo blamed the Nitish govt. for failure in utilising the center's fund under various slabs. Amid all of laurels from the hundreds of teachers and his party members like Shyam Rajak, Ram Kripal Yadav and others he announced that railway will provide 50% concession on railway fairs to all national award winning teachers.
