Aggreivated and afraid of this Laloo pd. mounted pressure on center for his transfer in whiich he get succeeded, claimed state BJP leader Mr. Mangal Pandey. Talking to Xpress Group Correspondent in Patna he said that the Laloo pd. is afraid lest his name unearthened, in the various scam he did during his party ruling the state. It is well known that durin the RJD rule of 15 long-years the education system had been completely paralysed from elementary level to higher education leading to greatest migration of students to Delhi, Pune and cities alike. After the death of Vrishan Patel earlier this year this transfer of governor Mr. Gawai is being seen as the second major setback to the efforts of Nitish Kumar to back it on track.
