Rudy filed his nomination papers before State Assembly Secretary and election official Surendra Prasad Sharma in presence of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi and other senior BJP leaders including BJP state president Radha Mohan Singh, Health Minister Nand Kishore Yadav, Road Construction Minister Prem Kumar etc.Rudy is most likely enter the Rajya Sabha as there is no other contestant for the seat. Rudy arrived at Patna airport from New Delhi in the morning to file his nomination papers.
