Govt To Set Up Super Speciality Eye Hospital

The meeting was attended by Dr Rajyavardhan Azad from Dr Rajendra Prasad Centre for Ophthalmic Science, AIIMS, New Delhi as well as state health minister Nand Kishore Yadav and other health officials.Each year several patients suffering from eye diseases from state visit Delhi and Chennai for the eye treatment and for the sake of providing such facility in the state itself, the govt has decided to set up such hospital in Patna, said Nand Kishore Yadav. For this the govt has been talking with senior experts and officials from health department.The hospital would be functioning next year and will work as a autonomous body.
