Eye witnesses said the duo Navnit and Ankur were driving rashly and hit a person who was on bike. The victim has been identified as Parsuram Kumar who was returning after purchasing food for his mother who was admitted in the hospital. As soon as the collision occurred, the duo brothers started beating the victim in stead of helping him.Soon local public gathered and beaten up the duo brothers. Angry duo returned back to their home and again returned back to the spot with a revolver. They made air firing to terrorize people. However the local police reached the spot and took the duo brothers into their custody.
