Lathicharge On Job Aspirants

The test ground was completely waterlogged and the aspirants showed their reluctance to run in the waterlogged ground. In the situation, the railways officials deferred the test to 27th May while the aspirants wanted the test to be deferred for 1 week.When their demand for an extension for a week was not met by railways officials, the aspirants blocked the station road and started brickbatting. In order to control the situation, RPF personnel was called and they started lathicharge causing sustained injuries to many job aspirants.One homeguard jawan also got injuries in head. The injured were rushed to the hospital.
