Fir Against Ex-Chairman Of Bihar Vidhan Parishad

Knowingly there were a host of rumours about the irregularities prevailed in the appointments. Most of the candidates blames of bribe were ruling the recruitment process and all rules and guidelines were sidelined. Though the successor of Mr. Jabir Hussain, the next chairman Mr. Arun Kumar suspended all appointments with immediate effect. A total of 78 candidates were recruited for the various posts in the vidhan parishad. On the complaints of one such candidate Jitendra Kumar, the high court took action and ordered to lodge FIR in this connection early this week.
