Anjani Kumar Sinha Appointed New Hr&D Chief Secretary

Sinha is leaving to Japan on Monday for a week long trip and is expected to take charge the new role soon after his return from Japan.Sinha has done good work in past as the Project Director of Bihar Education Project and is know to have a clear and no nonsense approach.The HR&D department has organized a day long mourning in remembrence of M.M. Jha.
