Patna Police Solve Abduction Case In 24 Hours

    When Mritunjay or Chhotu was abducted on saturday evening no body think it a act of a neighbour. Rupees 2.5 lakh has been demanded to Mr. puri over phone threatened to kill the child if demands were not met within 18 hours. The Child father Krishnandan Puri is posted in BMP-10 as a constable in Danapur.    The accused is identified as  pankaj kumar resident of Barasimha village of Khalilpura Police Station that comes to Gaya district. Pankaj had had a rented flat nearby in AG colony a week before. And he(pankaj) had been hide to that very room after abduction. Pankaj often visits my next door neighbour who is also a colleague of Mr.Puri. On Saturday evening  Pankaj along with his friend Ravi, bring chhotu alongwith them on their bycycle and locked him in their rented room in AG Colony and later called Mr. Puri for ransom.     Without any delay Mr. Puri approach Mr.Sanjay chaudhary, Inspector in Airport Police Station. Police take into action and arrested pankaj on the basis of some tips from locals. On introggation at the police station he disclosed everything.    The father of the child has coperated us at every step of action we were taking on to recover the child says Mr. Sanjay with a sigh of relief in his face. Talking to XP Group correspondent over phone on Sunday evening officials from Police headquarter also informed that a reward for the police team has been announced which were instrumental solving the case within 24 hour.
