Center Assures 3-Phase Electricity In Rural Bihar

In a formal meeting with Chief minister Nitish Kumar the central minister said that within the radius of 15 kms. of each production unit in the state, there will be unstoppable supply of electricity. These two decision is to be great advantage for the state. The Chief minister himself has been demanding to center for the 3-phase line for rural areas. The central minister were quite dissatisfied with the slower speed of the works in most of the developing units. He also underscored the demands of the Russian company which is engaged in the establishment of NTPC unit in Barh. Due to sudden rise in material prices the company requires that the project cost be increased as it's not possible to work under present cost pressure. Talking to mediapersons after the meeting with CM, the energy minister Jayram Ramesh said that he will forward the demand of the state to cabinet to increase the electricity quota of the state.
