Delicious Kheer

We will make delicious kheer with Basmati rice and milk Ingredients:Milk : 500 ml Basmati Rice : 250 gmsSugar : 200 gms Butter or Deshi Ghee : 50 gmsChopped Nuts : 3 spoons Process of cooking delicious kheer:After you collect the items, pick and wash the rice perfectly and soak in water for 30 minutes.Drain the soaked rice completely to make it dry.Put the butter in a pan on gas. After the butter goes warm add the drained rice and stir for 5-7 minutes on a medium flame until it goes brownish in colour.Now add milk and cook on a low flame. Stir well till the milk is reduced to 3/4th. Remember to stir to avoid burning smell.Now add the sugar and stir till the milk is reduced to half.Wow the kheer is ready.
