Three Arrested For Electricity Theft

On wednesday the special raiding team raided the house of Mantu Kumar and poses a fine of Rs. 1lakh 47 thousand. The board officials had tips that Mantu Kumar of JayKrishna road in Gurhatta under Khajekalan PS area were using illegal connection to run his shop of Iron weilding.Two more persons Umesh Das and Mahesh Das of Noon Ka Chauraha area under same PS area has also been arrested on wednesday for theft of electricity. The board official imposed a fine of Rs. 96,000 and Rs. 40,000 respectively. The raiding team has been lead by Magistrate Bal Govind Chauhan. Asst. Elec. Engineer Ajay Kumar and some senior officials were along with police force to withdraw any resistance.
