Mauritius Offers 500 Jobs To Biharis

Deputy CM Sushil Kumar Modi on Tuesday held a high-level meeting with the officials of labour department following proposal of a Mauritius-based company Filcon Cavra Limited to appoint 500 ITI trained youths of Bihar.According to government release issued here on Tuesday, Modi, who also holds the labour portfolio, said it was the result of Mauritius PM's visit to Bihar and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar's visit to Mauritius earlier. He said joint managing director of Filcon Cavra Limited Philipo Sinti has sent the proposal and the youths would be appointed on different technical posts.
