Crorepatis Set To Enter Rajyasabha

Majority of the Rajya Sabha aspirants who have filed nomination are crorepatis. Five of the six candidates expected to make it to the Rajya Sabha this year have cash, movable and immovable property running into crores. Incidentally, the only candidate who is not in the crorepati club is JD-U national spokesperson Shivanand Tiwary. Tiwary has shown that he has only Rs 7,500 in cash. He, however, has disclosed that he has Rs 6.94 lakh in his bank accounts.
