While the AC coach passengers will get 4 to 7 percent of concession, there is lowering of ticketing price for general class compartments in travels of more than 50 kms. Special care for senior citizens have been applied and they will get 50% concession instead of 30%. There is a festive mood among ''kulis'' at Patna junction as the RM announced that all the licenced ''kulis'' will be railway employees alike gangman.
