Doctors Rollback Proposed Strike

Talking to mediaperson the health minister ChandraMohan Ray said that the meeting was under a positive and healthy atmosphere and the state govt has decided to regularise the central govt. packages to all doctors indulge in state service. He also said that all punitive action against the doctors who were indulge in the strike last time has been withdrawn. The rule for transfer of doctors has been changed. Now on the doctors couple will be posted in the same zone. Moreover the transfer process will be made more transparent and transfer will be done on the basis of seniority. The govt has decided to strengthen the health commission and state health commission will take many transitional decision in a meeting which is due this very month on 28th. There will also be discussion on various programms and projects. The health department is all set to set responsibility on each doctors and the CS himself.
