President Patil Visits Patna Sahib Gurudwara

Governor A.R.Gawai along with her wife were present all along the tour. A host of ministers and legislature namely Nandkishore Yadav, Janardan Singh were also present. As the chief guest come out of the carcade at 6.25 in the evening the secretary of Takht Harimandir Sardar Raja Singh welcome the president. He presented a book  to the first citizen and leaded her to exhibit the different objects of historical value. Later in the evening she returned to Delhi. During her two days visit to the state she could witness Nalanda, Vaishali, Bodh-Gaya, Patna and Patna-Sahib. She was looking very satisfied with her visit and promised to visit again.
