There were three more person including personal secretary of the the minister, Rajnarayan prasad and Manjoor Hassan and everyone is safe.Due to some problem erupted at the undercarriage the wheel could not come out of plane. Everyone including the minister Monazir Hassan jumped out of plane as they understand the scratching of plane body with ground. The Minister got minor injury in his leg.
