According to eye-witness the car was driving towards Barh at normal speed and balance. Spontaneously the speeding truck that was coming towards Patna lost its balance and met a head dash with the car resulting immediate death of the Officer. The Bakhtiyarpur police has taken the truck into its custody and registered a case, though the culprit could not be arrested till news were written.
