The said amount is to be utilised for construction of toilets in  three different blocks of Bettiah under the survellience of the said NGO.The caught engineer seems to be smart enough as he book a hotel room at a different place with a false name and called the woman to come with money. Though Mr. Prasad demanded rs. 25000/- earlier but finally the deal was struck at 10000/- mrs. Tewari. As Mrs. tewari approached the vigilance team, we laid the trap comfortably.
