Center Ignores Bihar

Talking to mediapersons on thursday he expressed his anger and blame the central authority to work under political shadow. In a quering expression he asked that if it is not truth then why all the development works that has been taken by central agencies has been running slow. He blamed that work has been deliberately made slower by central agencies on the nod of some politician who want to embrass him and his goverment as it is complex for laymen to know the working agencies and their responsibilities. He also pressed his demand for early clearance of synopsis for multiple projects the state has sent to centre. He requested the media to help sparking of this issue before public.
