According to Jail authority this has been done due to security reason. Jail authority were afraid of making nuisance by inmates on the eve of new year and they(jail admin) have just took a precaution. Talking to Xpress Group Correspondent the Jail supritendent confirmed the news and said that everything is fair and according to rules. "We are binded by jail manual and providing security to these high-profile inmates is our responsibility", he said.
