Six Chemists Licence Cancelled

M/s Deepal Shree Drug Agency and M/s Shakti Pharma of G.M.Road, Patna, M/s Arya Pharma, Hilsa. These there agency has been suspended for the next two months. JayShree Medical Hall, Ashok Rajpath, Patna has been suspended to do business for two months. The most shocking surprise comes from the RajLakshami Enterprise at G.M. Road in Patna which were cought red handed selling medicines of meant for goverment hospitals. A FIR has been lodged against the owner and licence has been cancelled with immediate effect. It is well known that G.M.Road has become the hub of drug Stockists/Distributors over years. And  the needs of all districts of Bihar & Jharkhand has been fulfilled from the suppliers here. The business here touches to the amont of crores of rupees. A FIR has been lodged against M/s Medicare Laboratory of  Ranchi as it failed to report its status to the notice given by the department.
