Ex Rjd Minister Charged By Fast Track Court

Fast track court judge V K Jain framed the charges against Yadav and others including MLC Azad Gandhi, Gaya deputy mayor Akhauri Aunkarnath Srivastava and Pappu Yadav brother-in-law of RJD MP Subhash Yadav along with two policemen Assistant Sub Inspector Rama Kant Ram and constable Neyaz Khan.According to reports, Prem Prakash brother of Atul Prakash was employed with SBI. Prem was allegedly instrumental in depositing black money of several politicians in his branch. Suddenly Prem reported missing and this led to suspicion about his possible run away with large amount of money. In panic to search Prem, his brother was kidnapped from police custody who was brought from Gujrat to produce before a Patna court in connection to a case and was allegedly tortured at Surender Yadav's residence in Gaya.In the same case Surender Yadav was sent to jail for several months. All the accused are currently on bail.
