Bihar Police Set To Lodge Firs Via Email

Initially this facility will be available in four districts Muzaffarpur, Vaishali, Sitamarhi and Sheohar of Tirhut division. Director General of Police Arvind Pandey has given directions to the concerned SPs of four districts to accept complaints as FIR sent through email.Pandey said that this facility has been provided to people keeping in view the problems faced by them at the various police stations while lodging FIRs. This small initiative will provide ease to the people to lodge a FIR, said Pandey.
