Vigilance Nabs Excise Officer

 After his arrest in Biharsharif a search operation was carried out at his residence in Patna. Heavy cash about 3.29 lacs has been recovered during the search operation. Besides cash several passbooks of bank accounts have also been recovered revealing a total deposit of more than 9 lacsChaurasia has several plots in Patna and his house was estimated over 20 lacs.It is learnt that the liquor dealer had lodged a complaint with Vigilance stating that Chaurasia is demanding 5000 per month for each liquor shop. On the basis of the complaint, vigilance team carried out the raid and search operation.
