The state administration is on high alert as there are chances of altercation between the MLA supporters and bandh activists. It is well known that Mokameh (some 75 km. east of Patna) is known less for its name and more for its MLA. He is the next "shahbuddin" of central Bihar. The fear of his goons  in the area can be gauged that people do visit his "Durbar" to resolve their issues and justice. His is a "Robin Hood" image. There is parallel goverment being run by him for the past two decades. Irrespective of party in power, none of them dare to grip him. There are more than dozen of cases of murder and rape against him.Earlier, the Nitish government has been severely criticized both by media and public in general for giving him(Anant Kumar) tickets as the JD-U went into election with promise to get rule of law back in Bihar. Lallan Singh is the middleman who introduced Anant Kumar to Nitish Kumar, and convinced the duo to go for election together. Somewhat convinced Nitish Kumar has to pay heavy price for the help he did take from the Mokameh muscleman as he was continuously getting complaints of the criminal is promise to the people of bihar to weep out Laloos' "Jungle Raj" and his vision to make a crime free Bihar come under scanner as the JD-U MLA past records and present misdoings have dug enough space to embrass Nitish Kumar."The CM can not keep silence for long. He will have to answered the people of bihar and the democratic institution of the country. Journalist and media men are attacked every next day in state.
