A letter had been circulating in Patna for quite some days in which one Reshma Khatoon made apprehension of getting killed. In the letter she named ruling party MLA Anant Singh as the accused and admits that she had been raped twice by the MLA. One Mukesh Singh were named in her letter as he was the man who taken her to the residence of Anant Singh where both of them raped her and kept into custody for quite some time. The letter in hindi language with very average handwriting accuses Mukesh Singh of raping too many time to whom she visited to seek a job.Taking advantage of her being innocent to the world's business, he first raped her quite many time and then handed her over to the legislature to make him happy. In the long later she describes her horrible experience at the legislature residence."She was very apprehended and had idea of getting killed by them, and despite of that administation did not take any action to save her life. Had the police been taken action by time her life could be saved and more facts could have unearthed", said leader of opposition Rabri Devi."Though the letter was sent to CM Office, Home Ministry, IG(Admin.), DSP & two Police Stations but none of them taken it seriously. Some News Channels and press were also received the letter", he said. "Though the adminstation did not take any action media were trying to find the girl since then. We were getting nowhere as the sender Reshma had describes "New Punaichak" as her address. She must have been feared enough as the accused is too powerful, and this is why she did not give her detail address in the letter", said a veteran journalist of Patna who too had the said letter.Her trauma and exploitation could be gauge from the scribbles in the next paragraph where she wrote that the she was offered everything of her wants to keep the duo "happy". She also explains that they were also making pressure on her to file a false case against a local ward councellor and a businessman.
