The ceremony, better known as All India Art Exhibition & award distribution ceremony is organised each year by cultural ministry of Uttar Pradesh. Nakul Dubey, the Urban Development & cultural minister. Vikas Chander is doing study at BHU in Varanasi. Her husband has expressed his gratitude to the ministry.
