Car Mows Down 8 In Gaya

The accused driver successfully escaped from the scene taking advantage of clamour and commotion. The driver was identified as Akhilesh Kumar of Punchayati mohalla in Gaya. The situation could have turned to a differnt angle as minutes before the accident, many Idols of Maa Durgaa had been passed through the Jama Masjid. Though the incident of police lathicharge and stone pelting of mob has been rumoured as different story for some time but soon the situation come clear.The police has taken the damage car into its custody and lodged an FIR in the matter.
