Ego Clash Leads To Killings In Patna

A FIR about the killing of Kamlesh Mishra has been lodged in the ShastriNagar police station. While two separate FIR has been lodged with SriKrishnaPuri PS. The constable who has become the soft target of the angry mob been identified as Surendra singh(48) deputed at shastri nagar PS. Mithilesh Kumar, the driver of DIG(BMP) has been arrested on the charges of his role in the gruesome killing of Virendra Roy(35), brother of Bindeshwar Roy. Kamlesh Mishra(30) and Virendra Roy(35). While the real skirmish begin over the petty issue for the price of eggs, at the stationary shop of Mithilesh Mishra. According to their statement to the police Bindeshwar purchased some eggs but denied to pay the appropriate price. When Mithilesh insisted for the price, a round of abuse betweent the duo begin leading to physical attrition in which Roy beaten Mithilesh badly. Soon after the incident Mithilesh along with his friends and acquiantance attacked the resident of  Bindeshwar and ask for him. Finding him no where Mithilesh and co. caught Virendra, younger brother of Bindeshwar and started to beat.  The accused Mithilesh and his associate were too cruel in their action that left Virendra to immediate death on spot. Responding sparkly Bindeshwar Roy along with more than dozens of his associate attacked the house of Mithilesh Mishra. When Mithilesh were said to be absconded from his home they cought his younger brother Kamlesh and beaten him brutaly leading to his immediate death.Inspector Madan kishor singh of Srikrishnapuri PS confirmed the two FIR has been lodged separately in the murder of Virendra Roy and constable Surendra Singh. He was posted at Shastri Nagar police station.The abuses, stone pelting and alike scene were on the roll for about an hour between the two groups after the killings but police come to the site only when constable Surendra singh had to compromise his life. Had the police been reached the scene earlier, life of constable Surendra could had been saved. While the real tussle was between Mithilesh and Bindeshwar Roy, both were safe and their brothers Kamlesh and Virendra respectively had to lost their life to satisfy the ego of their brothers. Local resident from nearby mohalla severely criticise the incident, they blame the illetracy among these people. It is well known that in a city like Patna a large number of people are migrated from other small places for a living and illegally camp beside city roads. This is why one do witness clusters of encroachments on roads. Being illetrate they do not suit the city culture and often do petty crime and things like this and image of the whole city get down.
