While Mr. Fatmi has claimed that all charges on him is false and he is being prey of opposition. "One cannot just believe on the words of a criminal and accuses a MP like this. I have neither any connection with any criminal nor I did any anti-social activities all during my life. It's really embarrassing and an effort to frame a blot on my political profile by opposition.Before this DSP Parvez Akhtar has informed the media about the development in police investigation. He said that the arrested counselor of ward no. 29 Anamullah Khan alias Allan Khan has admitted to the investigation team that a clever contrivance was planned on the command of central minister and Darbhanga MP Md. Ali Ashraf Fatmi. Each of the six accused along with councilor Allan Khan arrested in the case admitted that the meeting was organized a couple of month ago and councilor Rita Singha of ward no. 48 were also part of the connivance. DSP informed the mediaperson that a sum of Rs. 5 lakh been given as advance money for the contract and the day of ID been finalized to execute the killings.Shankar, Vijay and Anand Yadav were arrested from Bahadurpur Colony in Patna. The trio detailed the police and claimed Allan Khan as the master mind and chief contractor hired by MP Fatmi for killing Bobby Khan, following which the police arrested Allan Khan. With the arrest of Allan Khan police reaches the root with discovering of some more names like Laddan Khan, Prakash Jha, Pappu, Ravindra and Laldeo Mukhiya, all with a criminal background and been involved in contract killings also. Interestingly, Rita Devi was also contestant for the post of Deputy Mayor who lost election to Mr. Bobby Khan.The State Home Secretary has taken a serious note of the incident and keeping the involvement of parlimentarian in the case as a tough nut he ordered a separate team leaded by DIG Vinay Kumar who will inquired to Mr. Fatmi. He claimed that no political or other interference will be tolerated and the law will take its note according to constitutional obligations.
