Pathetic Path

Construction companies who has been awarded  the project, e.g. Tantia Construction etc., are using the obsolete technologies, machines and poor workmanship, which leads to unnecessary delays in most of the flyovers Projects.One can easily witness a stretch of severely damaged roads, full of big/small pets nearby every flyover that is being constructed. Chirayantand  flyover is a living example of negligence and iill maintenance and keeping the public life at stake. Without any barcading  and/or divider for the traffic to go on, all construction materials have been stacked to the middle of the road. Moreover masons & engineers are busy moulding steel bars and running concrete mixture machines, encroaching the roads to its three quarter of bandwidth. "It has become a routine here witnessing 2-3 accidents daily even in day time, thanks to  this work”, comments a local shopkeepers critically. The traffic constable seems very often at this important crossing though there is 3 constrable deputed here and this lead worry to woes.Though it took about a year for the Nitish govt. to begin with development work as the state coffer had not a penny, the time, he became Chief Minister. The 360 degree initiative by him to put Patna & Bihar on the world map deserves great appreciation. The people are ready to step ahead  with all these pain  in order to cooperate  the development work, but govt. agencies/ departments/ authorities needs to be more convenient to the  public. As fault/discrepancies lies on the  company handling the projects, they deserves heavy fines & penalties for not keeping  public life safe & convenient.
