Council Legislature Scuffles Magistrates

For more than an hour the official premises turns alike a battlefield. The situation comes to normalcy only when police team reached the spot and come into action. Official sources said that Arms Magistrate Deepak Kumar who reaches the spot were also attacked and get injuries. The issue was to add new names in the voter list in the Patna graduate constituency. The council legislature blame the official of misbehaving with him and working like autocrats. "What to say of citizens in general while bureucrats in this goverment do mishandle public representative like this. I went there to get some names added in the voter list of the Patna graduate constituency. I just requested the ADM to give some information regarding these. First they just wanted to ignore me but as remained insisted the officer along with other staffes attacked me and my driver who got severe injuries. This is not a democratic way of running offices of importance. This govt. has no control over bureaucrats and they are running their offices at their own style", he said. The council legislature accuses the officers and oher employees of beating him and his driver and snatching of two mobile phones. The Police has lodged a FIR with Gandhi Maidan Police Station against the council legistature and seizes one car claimed to be of Mr. Azad. The Ganhi maidan police station has also arrested two supporters of Mr. Azad Gandhi. Senior leaders from RJD severely critisize the administration and blame the goverment to harass their leaders and party workers across the state. The state wing of Rashtirya Janta Dal has organised a dharna program on tuesday in Patna against the incident.
